A clear offer begins with a clear relationship to your own authority.
That does not mean you have to claim perfection. It means you can name what you know, what you have lived, and the next step you can help someone take.
Authority is often visible in the body before it is visible in the copy. You may notice a strong center, a steadier voice, and bubbles of excitement when you describe your work. Or you may notice the opposite: over-explaining, apologizing, changing the offer, and waiting for someone else to confirm that you are ready.
I see authority as a daily practice, similar to yoga. You return to it. You breathe. You notice where you are shrinking. You choose to come back to yourself.
The 3rd Chakra, or solar plexus, offers a spiritual lens for reflecting on confidence, personal power, and action. When that energy feels balanced, you may find it easier to make a decision, state your value, and invite the right people forward.
Try this two-step practice:
Gather your evidence. Write down the experiences, skills, lessons, and transformations you can responsibly lead someone through.
Make one clean invitation. Use this sentence: “I help [person] move from [struggle] to [result] through [your perspective or process].”
Your offer does not need a more performative version of you.
It needs the version of you who is willing to trust what she carries.
